JOB LOSS INSURANCE PROGRAM

Dwell understands that in these challenging times, a little reassurance goes a long way. That is why we are offering our residents at Dwell, the opportunity for a little security. For a very small upfront fee at the time of lease signing, we can offer you a Job Loss Insurance Policy. This policy will allow you, in the unfortunate event that you lose your job, to exit your lease without penalty. A Fee of $250 at time of lease signing allows tenant to terminate the lease before the termination date specified in the Lease Agreement. There are terms and conditions that do apply. In order to take advantage of this program, all you have to do is:

  • Pay the $250 upfront fee for the insurance
  • Provide proof of job loss and elimination of the employment position
  • Dwell must verify that you are qualified to exercise the option
  • A written 30 day notice signed by all Residents on the lease stating that you have elected to exercise your early termination option and identifying the early termination date.

(Voluntary resignation/abandonment of emplyment as well as changes in position are not covered by the Policy).
